-Weekly Health Tips-
- Workplace Posture: When at your desk, sit toward the front of your seat to avoid slouching and remind yourself to maintain neutral spine. Also, try to get up every 30 minutes to stand up & move around…this will wake up all your stability muscles and improve circulation.
- Neck/Back Pain: Roll your shoulders forward twice and then backwards three times. It relaxes your neck and shoulder muscles and stimulates blood flow to the brain. Try to do it it every hour or so. In fact, do it now...
- Motivation: No matter now tired or lazy you are feeling, remind yourself you will always feel better after a workout (even a short & light one). Training on the hard-days make the hard-days far less frequent.
