-Weekly Health Tips-
Hydration - Keep a bottle of water on your desk and take a few sips every hour or so. Being well hydrated improves your concentration, energy levels, and your immune system.
Exercise/Posture - When doing weights training, do more pulling exercises than pushing ones. This will help improve your posture.
Headaches - If you have a headache (or even if you don't) cover your eyes with both hands and stare into darkness for five deep breaths.
