Forget Jogging,

  • -Weekly Health Tips-

    - If you're stuck awake at night feeling anxious about something, make a brief note of it on paper to help postpone thinking about it until the next day.

     

    - Incorporating resistance training (e.g. Pilates or weights) into your exercise regime will increase the speed of your metabolism. This will help burn off body fat more quickly.

     

    - Try to get away from your computer during lunch breaks. Take a walk outside, or come to one of our lunchtime classes!
