  • -Monthly Health Tips-

    - When you're doing any form of cardio training, try to finish the last 2-5 minutes at a higher intensity. The extra burst at the end will give you a higher & longer endorphin rush as well as increase your fitness!

     

    - Your hip flexors are in contraction and tighten throughout the day when sitting at your desk. Try to stretch them once a day for 15-30 seconds.

     

    - Try to stand up from your desk regularly (every hour would be ideal). This will help activate your core muscles and stretch out your body!

     

    - Bend your knees & do a squat every time you pick something up (instead of leaning over in the usual way, which strains your lower back).
