Try changing your exercise: It could change your life...
Try a class you've never done before! Whether it be RFK, Spin, or Yoga: You may fall in love with it (or the instructor!) If you train outdoors, try some short stair-runs or interval training (interval training is changing the pace up every so often- e.g. 1 min faster followed by 5 mins slower and so on. You can makep your own pattern or research some techniques. You could plan your intervals or improvise on the day! Interval training and high intensity excerise (such as stair running) can be done in a very short time (e.g. 15 mins) and can burn just as many calories as a regular 1 hour workout. Also, any change in your exercise routine accelerates results...
