Will has worked as a Personal Trainer and Strength and Conditioning Coach for over 12 years in three countries. Will has a Degree in Sports Science (3 years) and a University Diploma in Personal Training (2 years) and extending to international qualifications from the NSCA, ASCA, PICP, CHEK.
Will has been a strength coach for amateur and professional athletes in both the national and international arena. He is also a published fitness writer.

Andy has over 10 years experience in Personal Training, along with a Bachelor of Human Movement and Physical Education. Andy has worked with teams, companies and individuals all around the world.
Andy started strength and conditioning with the AIS in Canberra which then took him to Singapore and Hong Kong to work with American National Academy of Sports Medicine and Singapore University in the education of new trainers.

Grainne’s special interests are weight loss and body toning, and takes great pleasure in helping others take control of their health and fitness goals to reach their true potential.

James currently competes in triathlons and running races from 10k to marathons. He has worked as a personal trainer in New Zealand, Canada, and England, and holds a Bachelor of Physical Education.
James has worked with a wide range of clients throughout these countries and specialises in weight loss, muscle toning and program design.

James has completed three qualifications in CHEK and has a diploma in Speed, Agility and Quickness.
James’ passion lies in men’s health and fitness and he specialises in postural correction, sports conditioning, rehabilitation, nutrition and lifestyle coaching.

Karina represented athletics at a national level for many years. She has traveled around Australia competing with her soccer team for the past four years and enjoys netball.
She decided to make the transition into personal training to “Inspire, train & motivate my clients to achieve their goals the same way my coach did to me”.

Marion has over 20 years experience in the fitness industry working as a personal trainer, aerobics and pilates instructor. She specialises in boxing, resistance and circuit training, pilates, rehabilitation and nutritional advice. MJ has been working in the fitness industry since 1993.
MJ's witty sense of humour, keen eye for precise technique, and the care and attention he gives his clients makes him a very valuable personal trainer at Elixr.

Michael has a strong background in Water Polo and Martial Arts, with a focus on Chinese and Japanese Martial Arts and related disciplines, having also trained in China and Japan. Michael is currently studying Exercise Physiology and Traditional Chinese Medicine and incorporates the philosophies of these disciplines into his training methods.
Michael's specialties include weight loss, body conditioning, co-ordination, and core strengthening.
