• Real Fitness Kickboxing (RFK)

    Real Fitness Kickboxing (RFK) is a high-energy workout that will strengthen your body and free your mind. RFK was developed by Richard Chew, founder of Elixr, who led the Aerobics boom in the 80s and 90s and has been actively involved with martial arts his entire life.

    RFK teaches you the fine art and simple science of effective punching, striking and kicking. It is an extremely effective class for burning body fat. RFK is suitable for all levels of fitness and skill. Your kicks and punches are practised on free-standing kickboxing bags.

  • RFK skills

    RFK-skills is a technique-based class designed to give participants an in-depth knowledge of techniques. Participants will go through the detail of fundamental techniques such as punches, strikes and kicks as well as having the opportunity to learn and practice more advanced skills. There is a workout component, but the focus of the class is on the technical aspect of RFK.
