Shizuka is one of the only Australian-born Japanese massage therapists. She is a natural-born healer and specialises in remedial massage, deep tissue massage and cupping therapy. She holds a University of Sydney Bachelor of Medical Science, a Diploma Qualified Remedial Massage Therapist and is a member of the Association of Massage Therapists.

Mogestri brings a wealth of knowledge in health and nutrition. She holds a Bachelor of Health Science, an Advanced Diploma in Applied Science in Nutrition and is an accredited VLA (vitality, longevity, and healthy ageing) practitioner. Mogestri has a personal and caring approach and specialises in weight loss, anti-ageing, digestive imbalances, and immune disorders, and also offers anxiety support.

Yvette is a Dr of Acupuncture, yoga teacher and shiatsu practitioner. She has worked in the industry for over 25 years and has practiced and taught in India, Spain, and Laos.

She treats stress, anxiety, sleep issues, women’s health, and pain related issues. Her expertise is in orthopaedic acupuncture, where she uses dry needling for trigger points and electro acupuncture on motor points and cosmetic acupuncture. She incorporates herbs, ear seeds, press tacks, cupping, moxa, Gua Sha, Radio Frequency and LED light therapy into her treatments to get the best possible outcome.

Dane Chew is a highly experienced and intuitive massage therapist specialising in soothing and rejuvenating deep tissue massage to release muscle tension, relieve pain and correct body imbalances.
