Vee Weisheu
Pilates Instructor, Bondi Junction and Bligh Street
Vee discovered Pilates six years ago while trying to find an effective way to treat the back pain she had developed as a result of her long career in hospitality. She has since become a devotee of the discipline (her love for it started with us at Elixr!) and has completed her Elixr Pilates Teacher Training. Vee loves that Pilates is for everyone and is a big believer in its long-term benefits. Her classes are a dynamic, whole body workout, with a special dose of fun.
Julie Cranwell
Pilates Instructor, Bondi Junction and Bligh Street
Julie like so many others turned to Pilates for on going back issues. For over 10 years, through the success of her personal Pilates practice, she was inspired to take Pilates to the next level and trained through the Elixr School of Pilates. Her classes focus on the importance of postural alignment, the bodys powerhouse ( the core) and breath. She firmly believes that enjoying exercise is a fundamental keystone to sticking with any fitness program and therefore make my classes challenging but fun. She hopes clients leave class feeling they’ve had a complete workout both physically and mentally.
Jess Zabow
Yoga teacher, Bondi Junction and Bligh Street
After being introduced to Vinyasa yoga in 2012 (and becoming instantly hooked), Jess began practising Ashtanga yoga the following year with several world-renowned teachers, including Eileen Hall and Mark Darby. In 2016, she went on to complete two Elixr School of Pilates teacher training courses with Don Peers. Jess believes that yoga is for everyone and her dynamic, light-hearted classes are challenging, playful and always centred around the breath. She currently teaches five classes across both clubs and loves watching her students reconnect with themselves and find relaxation and peace within.
