Zelma Matthews is a popular face at Elixr. A member who became one of our favourite receptionist, studied her yoga teacher training with Don Peers in November 2014. Zelma now teachers at Elixr and many places throughout Sydney and has this to say about the experience:

You did the Elixr school of Yoga course with Don Peers in 2014. What advice would you give to aspiring students who are interested in the course?
All I can say that If I could do this course all over again I would! If you’re looking to start teaching or wanting to better and understand your own practice I highly recommend starting this course especially with Don Peers who has a vast amount of knowledge and many years of experience both in Australia and overseas of teaching yoga. A truly remarkable teacher and mentor who I have the upmost respect for. This course has given me the courage to go out there and teach as well as I had the great opportunity to assist Don himself. He supported me to get out of my comfort zone and it’s made me a stronger teacher. I’m teaching around Sydney and recently at Elixr, because of a great yoga teacher training course, teacher and mentor.
