Congrats, Bree!
Long-time Elixr yoga and Pilates instructor Bree Corbett recently got engaged and we couldn’t be happier for her. Congrats, Bree and Damian! We wish you all the best – and can’t wait to see the wedding pics!

Club reminders

  • Please note that mobile phones may not be used inside our clubs – in particular in class, weights, cardio and stretch zones. If you need to make or take a call, please respect other members by using your phone in our reception area, away from any exercise equipment.
  • Please use the antibacterial spray provided throughout the club to wipe down machines before and after your workout so that we can maintain high levels of hygiene.
  • Please note that lost property is collected daily and kept at reception – so if you’ve lost an item, chat to our friendly reception team.
  • No glass bottles may be brought into the clubs.
  • No exfoliating is permitted in any of the change rooms.

Community yoga class: Movement and Music

Book your spot: Prenatal Yoga Course
There’s still time to sign up for our six-week yoga course specifically designed for mums-to-be. Running every Saturday from 29 June, the course provides the perfect opportunity to join a supportive community and carve out time for yourself ahead of baby’s arrival.

Led by Leona Tan, a 500-hour registered yoga teacher, mental health researcher, and multi-tasking mum, who is passionate about sharing her practice with mums and mums-to-be, the hour-long classes are suitable for beginners and experienced practitioners alike.

Classes will cover focused breathing techniques, meditation and gentle, mindful movement as they prepare you physically, emotionally and mentally for labour and childbirth.

Special session
In week one of the course, Dr Sumathi Rajendran, a renowned specialist obstetrician at Royal Prince Alfred Hospital, ultrasound specialist and mum of two who practiced yoga during the antenatal and post-natal period, will host a special one-hour session (in addition to the yoga class) where she will discuss the physical changes the body undergoes during pregnancy as well as the physiology of pregnancy and childbirth.
