A gentle class made up of a series of simple and relaxing postures. Props are available throughout the class for support. Ideal for students seeking to release mental and physical tension.

A self-paced, individualised practice in a group setting. This unique class format allows for each student to move at their own pace and receive adjustments and advice from the teacher when needed.

YIN

A classic practice that focuses on long and passive holds for five minutes or longer, targeting the deep connective tissues of the body –ligaments, joints, bones, and deep fascia networks.

IYENGAR

A skillful approach to yoga developed by Bellur Krishnamachar Sundararaja Iyengar and focuses on three aspects: alignment, sequencing, and timing. This style features props such as cushions, chairs, blocks, and straps. Taught traditionally by certified teachers only. Not suitable for beginners.

SYNERGY

A unique and dynamic flowing style that is taught progressively over a 9-week period, teaching the practitioner how to link the postures with breath to ensure a moving meditative practice. Simple to advanced variations are available in all postures.

ALIGN

A yoga practice focused on technique, using props, adjustments, and cues. It is suitable for all levels but is helpful to understand how to hold asanas (postures). Align yoga uses traditional yogic models to look at the whole person.

Elixr School of Yoga delivers a comprehensive 200-hour teacher training program that provides students with an in-depth foundational and practical understanding of yogic principles Asana, Pranayama, Kriya, Bandha and Mudra, Meditation, Yoga Philosophy and Teaching Methodology.
