Where is Elixr located?

Conveniently situated just minutes from Bondi Junction train station and directly opposite Westfield Bondi. Elixr’s address is Level C2, 9-13 Bronte Road, Bondi Junction. Open in google maps.

Do you have a class booking app?

You can book your classes online using our dedicated class booking app / online member portal powered by GymMaster.

You can download the GymMaster Member app from the Google Play Store for Android, or the iOS App Store for Apple. The app will give you access to:

  • View and manage available class bookings
  • Book into classes 3 days in advance from 11:00 am
  • Update your personal information and billing details
  • Place a hold on your membership and view account history
  • Manage your notifications and reminders settings

When do class bookings open?

Class bookings are available to book three days prior at 11am. Bookings can be made by logging into the GymMaster Member app or you can sign into your member portal here using your web browser.

What is the class cancellation window?

You can cancel your class up to 3 hours before it is scheduled to begin. Cancellations within 3 hours are considered a Late Cancel and incur a charge of $5.00, a no-show to any booking will result in a $10.00 fee. You can manage all your class bookings in the GymMaster Member App or you can sign into your member portal here using your web browser.

Can I get a tax invoice of my payments?

Yes! You can download a copy of all payments made via the GymMaster app or Member Portal. You can find this under Account > Account History. Alternatively, if you require a tax invoice for a set period you can contact our friendly reception team who can process this for you.

Can I put my membership on hold?

You can place your membership on hold with 24 hours notice through the Gym Master App/Member Portal, for just $5.00 a week. There is a minimum of two weeks of hold and if you have paid for your membership in advance you will also need to pay for your hold period before it starts.

Can I invite a friend to workout with me?

Yes, but bookings are essential! We kindly ask you complete the refer a friend form or call our friendly reception team on 02 8113 8800 to book in their visit and ensure there is sufficient space for them to attend.

Do you have a crèche?

Unfortunately, we do not offer childcare services at Elixr. Anyone under 16 years of age must be supervised by a parent or guardian when in the club.
