With 14 years of dance experience, Gisele Messina began her dance journey in Latin and ballroom dancing, earning two National Championship titles throughout her competitive career. For the past 6 years she has taken her passion from the competition floor to the stage, working as a performer, teacher, and choreographer across a variety of styles including JFH, heels, salsa, commercial, and of course, all things Latin.

Known for her high-energy Latin Fusion classes, Gisele brings plenty of flavour, spice, and good vibes to every room. Expect infectious energy, a few laughs, and to channel your inner Shakira. Her classes are all about feeling confident, connecting with the music, and leaving with a bit of a sweat too.
