As part of her 10-year career as a professional dancer, Joanna spent a year in Paris performing at the prestigious Moulin Rouge. The knowledge of posture and movement she gained from her years of dancing gave her a clear path to becoming a Pilates instructor at Elixr. Her classes embody and encourage strength, poise and spinal alignment.
