Fair Booking Policy
ELIXR FAIR BOOKING POLICY
A $10.00 fee* per class will be applied to each no-show. No-shows apply to members who do not attend their class or do not check in at reception on entry.
A $5.00 fee* per class will be applied to each late cancelled class. Late cancels consist of a booking cancellation within 3 hours before the class start time.
Each member’s no-show and late cancelled classes will be added to your account on a daily basis. Members will be charged this amount in fortnightly periods – in arrears alongside their fortnightly membership debit.
Pilates classes are limited to 1 online booking per day. Additional Pilates bookings are available in club at reception on the day. Online Pilates bookings exceeding the daily limit will be cancelled.
An automatic email will be sent after each missed class or late cancellation flagging that you will be charged.
All members are responsible for checking into their classes at reception upon entry. Allow adequate time to check in to ensure your attendance is marked.
Please be mindful of other members when managing your class bookings.
We encourage all pool users to review our Pool Rules and Swim Etiquette.
If your booking behaviour is deemed unacceptable, you will receive a written warning and have online class bookings blocked up to 4 weeks.

Timetable Bookings
The timetable is available three days prior with the third day becoming available at 11:00 am.
- Monday: Bookings open Monday to Thursday
- Tuesday: Bookings open Tuesday to Friday
- Wednesday: Bookings open Wednesday to Saturday
- Thursday: Bookings open Thursday to Sunday
- Friday: Bookings open Friday to Monday
- Saturday: Bookings open Saturday to Tuesday
- Sunday: Bookings open Sunday to Wednesday
Members can book into classes using the GymMaster Member App or Web Portal.
