REFORMER
This course will prepare you to teach an extensive range of Reformer exercises. The course covers the benefit, target muscles, precaution and modification of each exercise. Each exercise is analysed in detail to gain an understanding of its biomechanics and focus. Upon completion of the course, you will have the tools to design a program and teach from beginner to intermediate levels.
The course includes:
• Programming with Reformer exercises (individual and group)
• Effective cueing, correction and motivational techniques
• Teaching skills for individual and group
• Lesson plans
Duration: 32 hours over 3 weekends
Prerequisites: Elixr Pilates Fundamental Course
