🌷Spring Equinox Bliss | Saturday 26 September

As the season shifts, it’s an opportunity to pause, reset and work with the changing energy of spring.

Join Elixr Senior Yoga Teacher Felicia Robey for a nourishing afternoon exploring Ayurvedic approaches to seasonal wellbeing, including nutrition, herbs, self-care, circadian rhythms, stress and the truth behind popular spring cleanses and detoxes.

We’ll finish with a restorative yoga practice incorporating pranayama, mudra, mantra and meditation, followed by a long, deeply relaxing savasana 🧘‍♀️

A considered afternoon of ancient Ayurvedic wisdom and modern wellbeing practices to welcome the new season with greater awareness.

🌸Saturday 26 September | 2–4pm

🌸Free for Elixr members | $30 non-members

From rehearsing eisteddfod solos in the Elixr stud

From rehearsing eisteddfod solos in the Elixr studios as a child to now performing with The Australian Ballet, Essie has grown up with Pilates as part of her training.

In our latest Elixr interview, Essie sits down with her mum, Elixr Head of Pilates Rachel, to talk about her journey into professional ballet, the realities of life as a dancer and how Pilates continues to support her training.

From strength and conditioning to recovery, they share what goes on behind the scenes and why Pilates remains part of Essie’s daily routine.

The Pilates world is growing fast, but are we keeping up with the standard of teaching?

A recent Guardian article explored the rise of inexperienced instructors and the concerns around quality and education in the booming reformer Pilates industry.

At Elixr, we’ve always believed great Pilates starts with great education. With 5,000+ graduates, Elixr School of Pilates has been training instructors for almost two decades.

Our next courses are coming up this October. If you’re ready to take your Pilates knowledge to the next level, find out more via the link in bio. Early bird discount available now.
