93 years young and still showing up to Aqua 💙

We recently celebrated two of our beautiful members - Molly and Trudy - turning 93 in their favourite class with cake, lots of laughs and the best kind of energy in the pool!

Such a special reminder that staying active, connected and consistent really does carry you through every stage of life.

Trudy once told Elixr, “Exercise is essential for confidence, discipline, appearance and self-respect, and it keeps the doctor away!”
