MARTINE

Martine has been teaching yoga for over 25 years. She trained in Iyengar under Anna Prior, before moving on to study Hatha. Further into her yoga journey, she discovered her love of Ashtanga. Martine focuses on breath work and movement and her classes are a balanced mix of challenging poses and relaxation techniques.
DON

A teacher since the mid 90’s, Don has trained with leading practitioners across the globe and studied pranayama and meditation in India. He believes the inward journey prompted by the practice of yoga is as important as the final destination. Aside from his popular yoga classes, Don also runs retreats and Elixr School of Yoga.
