Kickstart your fitness goals and try a personalised program with our Elixr Program Trainers. They will assess your needs, set targets and develop a program that will get you on track to achieving the results you want.

Once you have completed your Starter Training Program, you may wish to consider commencing personal training with one of our in-house PTs who will track your progress and results, re-evaluate your program along the way towards your goals, and will be invested in you and your lifestyle to be able to make positive changes.

TERMS & CONDITIONS
Payment is required at the time of making the first appointment. Appointments are subject to the availability of trainers. The training pack is valid 8 weeks from the purchase date. A maximum of 1 training pack is available per member. Appointments missed or cancelled within 24 hours of notice will be forfeited. Pregnant members are reminded to complete the Elixr pregnancy pack before exercising and booking these sessions.
