Hello To Some Of Our New Fitness Instructors

Joey Curcio

Dance Fusion
Tuesday 6:30 pm + Barre Tuesday 5:30pm

Joey grew up in the Dolomites in North Italy before deciding to move across the world to Sydney in 2014, where she now calls home. Joey studied dance at the Australian Dance College in Sydney and did a year full-time at the dance and arts centre (The Space) in Melbourne. She realised then that she enjoyed teaching and sharing her passion for movement so much that she completed her Barre certificate as well as her 200hr Yoga Certificate. Dancing and being connected to her body through movement has helped her through many challenging times, which is what she loves most about teaching. Helping people to feel better and more connected through movement or a workout. Outside of teaching Joey loves nature, walking along the coast and trying out new things or see new places around Sydney.
