Power Grooves: International Women’s Day Dance Event
Join us as we celebrate International Women’s Day with Groove Therapist, Amy Zhang of Groove Therapy. She’ll be putting us through our paces to an iconic mix of boss female artists who rep the hip hop, Jamaican dancehall and Afrobeats music scenes. The team from Nimble Activewear will also be joining the fun with gifts and a lucky door prize! All genders are welcome and the class is suitable for every level of fitness and experience.

About Amy Zhang of Groove Therapy
Professional dancer, make-up artist and velvet tracksuit enthusiast Amy Zhang is known across Australia for her versatility. Rocking the grooves when she jumps into hip hop and other street styles, this dynamo is also trained in ballet, contemporary and jazz styles. Amy’s extensive dance vocabulary is no accident as she has been mentored by, and performed for, some of the biggest international choreographers, and danced for global brands like Wrangler and Nike. Commercial dance aside, Amy is about empowering women to reconnect with their bodies and she focuses on the importance of getting out of the negative internal monologues we sit in by simply learning how to let go and have fun again.
