As the season shifts, it’s an opportunity to pause, reset and work with the changing energy of spring.

Join Elixr Senior Yoga Teacher Felicia Robey for a nourishing afternoon exploring Ayurvedic approaches to seasonal wellbeing, including nutrition, herbs, self-care, circadian rhythms, stress and the truth behind popular spring cleanses and detoxes.

We’ll finish with a restorative yoga practice incorporating pranayama, mudra, mantra and meditation, followed by a long, deeply relaxing savasana 🧘‍♀️

A considered afternoon of ancient Ayurvedic wisdom and modern wellbeing practices to welcome the new season with greater awareness.
