The Post-Festive Gut–Hormone Reset
How the festive season impacts digestion, hormones, and energy
Complimentary workshop with Tania Peta | 12pm-1.30pm | Saturday 17 January 2026
Book now
After the festive season, many people notice lingering digestive discomfort, changes in energy, mood fluctuations, or hormonal symptoms that do not resolve as quickly as expected. While these experiences are common, they are often misunderstood or addressed in isolation.
In this 90-minute workshop, we will explore how the gut and hormones are deeply interconnected, and how festive eating patterns, stress, disrupted routines, and sleep changes can temporarily alter this relationship. Rather than focusing on restriction or quick fixes, this session offers education and awareness around the foundations of gut health and its role in restoring hormonal balance and vitality after the festive period.
