WHAT IS LO MOVE?
Lo Move, a captivating low-impact aerobics-style class seamlessly blending strength and cardiovascular endurance training. The session kicks off with an invigorating 30 minutes dedicated to boosting cardiovascular endurance, setting the stage for the heart-pumping journey ahead. Following this, the next 30 minutes are devoted to sculpting muscular strength. Utilizing weights, bands, and floor exercises, we’ve curated a workout that promises results.
Lo Move caters to individuals of all fitness levels, making it an inclusive and dynamic experience for everyone.
