Elixr’s approach to Power involves isolated strength training, focusing on one muscle group at a time to ensure precision and effectiveness. We also integrate calisthenics to further engage your body, building strength and control using bodyweight exercises. With high-energy tunes to fuel your motivation and scientifically proven moves that deliver results, Power promises an effective, fun, and invigorating workout that challenges both your strength and endurance.

WHAT MAKES POWER UNIQUE?
This unique class focuses on faster movements and lighter weights, prioritising correct form over the size of the weight. Offering a highly effective full-body workout, Power ensures speedy results.
In a typical Power session, the workout begins with a warm-up incorporating light weights to get your body in motion. Transitioning to the lower body, heavier weights are introduced for squat moves targeting larger muscle groups, resulting in calorie-burning magic.
The focus then shifts to the upper body, engaging the back, butt, and hamstrings with push and pull moves. After sculpting arms, legs, and shoulders, we delve into a dedicated session for abs and core. As the grand finale, a cool down awaits, promoting flexibility and reducing the risk of muscle soreness and injury.
