WHAT IS RFK?

RFK is Real Fitness Kickboxing, your gateway to fitness! RFK is not just a workout, it’s a high-intensity cardio experience blending martial arts, boxing, and punching bag routines to refine your punching and kicking techniques. Tailored for all fitness levels and skill sets, RFK guarantees an effective and invigorating workout.

Led by our seasoned instructors with martial arts expertise, you’ll be expertly guided through various stances and striking techniques to maximise your fitness gains.

WHAT TO BRING TO RFK?

Here a few things we recommend you bring to your Real Fitness Kickboxing class:

  • Water bottle
  • Sweat Towel
  • Boxing gloves (Elixr has these available if you don’t have your own)
  • Hand wraps or boxing glove inners (Inners available to purchase at reception)
