Order Terms and Conditions

Orders

• We currently limit McGill book orders to online purchases only.
• McGill book orders are delivery only, we do not offer an option to pick up purchases.
• We may ask you to confirm your details or provide additional details (including your name, shipping address and billing address) to enable us to process your order. You agree to provide us with current, complete and accurate information.

 

Prices/Fees/Charges

• All prices shown on this page are in Australian Dollars (AUD).
• Payments made by credit card will attract a minimum credit card processing fee of 1.32%.
• Unless otherwise indicated, prices for products and all fees and charges are inclusive of GST.
• We do not accept payments over the phone.

 

Declined Payments

• Declined payments will incur an additional $11.00 decline fee.
• Orders that are not paid for in 7 business days will be cancelled.

 

Postage/Delivery

• We currently deliver orders to Australian addresses only.
• McGill books are posted from Sydney, New South Wales using Australia Post.
• Delivery time is subject to Australia Post and orders can be tracking on the Australia Post website.
• The postage and handling fee is a flat rate of $16.00 per book. Postage fees are non-refundable.

 

Returns/Exchanges

• We do not provide returns/exchanges due to a change in the customer’s mind or mistakes when purchasing.
• McGill books listed on our website can be returned to Elixr for a refund or exchange for another book with proof of purchase.
• Books must be returned within 30 days of purchase in unopened original condition (in its original plastic wrap).
• The original postage cost will not be refunded, and you will be required to pay for the goods to be posted back to Elixr.
• We do not accept returns (refund or exchange) for Back Mechanic – The Step-by-step McGill Method to fix back pain (with Video Modules).
• Refunds will only be paid to the account used to pay for the item. Postages fees are nonrefundable except where Elixr is at fault.
• When exchanging a purchase you will be required to pay the difference in price (where applicable) and pay the $16.00 postage fee, for the new book to be shipped to you.

 

Feedback

• Your feedback, suggestions and recommendations about this page are welcome through our Education or Contact forms.
• You acknowledge and agree that any feedback provided by you will be treated as non-confidential (including any documents, images, audio and or video).
• You grant us a perpetual, royalty free and non-exclusive right to use, transmit, transfer, store, copy and display any feedback, including any images or video, that you provide to us (including on our social media accounts) without further notice, attribution or compensation to you
