Pass Terms and Conditions

1. The Complimentary / Free / Trial “Pass” offer is limited to one per person.
2. Valid for first time users only and cannot be claimed by current Elixr members.
   This Pass is intended for people who live or work in the Eastern Suburbs local area.
   Elixr reserves the right to refuse access to you in these circumstances.
3. This offer cannot be exchanged for other goods or for another tender, cash, or discount and cannot be used in conjunction with any other Elixr offer. Elixr does not provide make-up passes for unused Passes.
4. The Pass grants normal gym / club access only, including group classes, cardio, and weights areas (subject to Elixr Terms & Conditions).
   This does not include any additional products or services offered at Elixr, including but not limited to personal training, therapist bookings, Elixr Swim School (learn-to-swim) or Elixr Education products or courses.
5. Prior to accessing the Elixr Health Clubs you must provide full name, date of birth, phone number and email address.
6. All Pass users agree to Elixr Health Club’s Terms and Conditions and Minimum Age Terms. Read more here: https://elixr.com.au/terms-conditions/.
   Pass users also accept that their personal information will be handled in accordance with the Elixr Health Clubs Privacy Policy.
   Elixr Health Clubs may take photos and video in club for promotional usage, in which you may be visible. Usage of this pass is consent for images and footage to be used in promotional and other business-related material deemed appropriate unless otherwise advised in writing.
   By submitting a Pass form you acknowledge that participation in any activity in the club is at your own risk and you do not have any existing condition which may prevent you from participating in your chosen activity.
7. Elixr may contact the user of the Complimentary Pass via their supplied contact information for administrative and/or marketing purposes.
8. Elixr does not offer a complimentary, free or trial “Pass” for Elixr Swim School or Elixr Education programs, products or courses.
