Referral Rewards

Referral Rewards (“Rewards”) are not applicable to all membership types and/or terms.

A referral can only be submitted at time of joining and Rewards cannot be submitted retrospectively or backdated.

Rewards are assigned to one (1) member only and cannot be split across multiple members.

Rewards are not issued until one (1) full payment has been received from the person you referred. This is generally four (4) weeks after the referral’s membership starts.

Rewards cannot be applied during membership Hold periods or if there is not a current/active membership.

Additional free time issued from Referral Rewards cannot be applied towards the membership minimum term.

Rewards cannot be exchanged for other goods, services or for another tender, cash or discount.
