Referral Rewards

Referral Rewards (“Rewards”) are not applicable to all membership types and/or terms.

To be eligible to claim Rewards you must be an existing Elixr member and have completed at least one (1) full payment on your membership.

A referral can only be submitted by the joining member at time of joining. Current members cannot nominate who they referred. Rewards cannot be submitted retrospectively or backdated.

Rewards are not applicable for ex-members rejoining within 1 year or their previous membership. Both the referrer and the recipient must meet unique first-time criteria to be eligible to claim Rewards.

Rewards are assigned to one (1) member only and cannot be split across multiple members.

Rewards are not issued until one (1) full payment has been received from the person you referred. This is generally four (4) weeks after the referral’s membership starts.

Once Rewards applied on your membership, this free time period cannot be edited, moved or reassigned.

Rewards cannot be applied during membership Hold periods, discounted rate periods or if there is not a current/active membership. A Hold cannot be applied during free time periods received from Referral Rewards or otherwise.

Additional free time issued from Referral Rewards cannot be applied towards the membership minimum term.

Rewards cannot be exchanged for other goods, services or for another tender, cash or discount.
