New Vinyasa Class Names ✨

We’ve refined the names of our Vinyasa classes so it’s easier to understand the pace and feel of each class:

🧘Calm Flow - slower, grounded and steady
🧘‍♀️Flow - balanced and dynamic
🧘‍♂️Strong Flow - stronger and more physically challenging

The teaching, care and depth remain the same - the updated names are simply there to help you choose what best supports you on the day.
