After 30 years as a lifeguard, Harries’ passion for mental health advocacy has grown from his experiences as a first responder and his connection to the local community.

He’s also a certified Pilates instructor, Elixr member and graduate of the Elixr School of Pilates.

Now he’s bringing all three together for a special workshop at Elixr.
