🌟 Meet Elisha! 🌟

Elisha’s Pilates journey began right here at Elixr while she was studying journalism. What started as quick lunch-break classes soon grew into a full-blown passion—eventually leading her to take up to 10 classes a week!
Thanks to the encouragement of Katharine, our Head of Elixr School of Pilates, Elisha took the leap to become an instructor—and she hasn’t looked back since.

We’re so excited that Elisha is back teaching at Elixr after being away for 14 years overseas.

Join her permanent Thursday classes in Ghandi Studio:

🕘 9:00–9:45 AM
🕘 9:45–10:30 AM

She’ll also be teaching cover classes from January 13th–26th and is available for 1:1 sessions on Fridays for personalised training!

✨ As 2024 comes to a close, we’re reflecting on an incredible year at Elixr! From celebrating International Women’s Day and hosting Fitness Open Week to collaborating with amazing brands like HOKA, The Athlete’s Foot, LSKD, and Grill’d, it’s been a year full of growth and connection!
We were honored to be the home for the performers of Hamilton, & Juliet, Death of a Salesman, Sister Act, and The Australian Ballet! Plus, hosting private classes at the theatres for & Juliet and Sister Act was such a special experience.
We couldn’t be prouder of everything we’ve achieved alongside our wonderful community this year. 2025 is already shaping up to be even more exciting, and we can’t wait to share it all with you.
