Elixr Fair Booking Policy & Class Etiquette
To make Elixr classes even more enjoyable for everyone, we ask that everyone follow below rules. We hope this will create a pleasant experience for all, and we can continue using the club harmoniously.
Class Etiquette:
- Please allow adequate time before your class starts to check in at reception. This will ensure you have time to have your attendance marked.
- For safety reasons, you may be denied access to your class if you try to enter more than 5 minutes late (after the scheduled start time of the class).
- Wipe down and return equipment after use to keep things clean and ready for everyone in the clun.
- Before the class starts, let your instructor know of any injuries or conditions which may affect your safety and/or health during the class.
- Aviod attending classes when sick to safeguard the health of fellow members and guests.
Fair Booking Policy:
- A $10.00 no-show booking fee* per class will be applied to each class not attended / or if you fail to check in at reception.
- A $5.00 late cancel booking fee* per class will be applied to each class cancelled within 3 hours before the class start time.
- Pilates and Aqua classes are limited to one (1) online booking per day each.
