Elixr Fair Booking Policy Updates
We have updated the Elixr Fair Booking Policy alongside our new class booking platform, GymMaster. These changes are designed to ensure fair access to our classes and to help everyone enjoy the full benefits of being a member of Elixr.
With over 250 classes each week across Pilates, Yoga, Fitness and Aqua, our timetable is one of the most comprehensive in Sydney. Over the past year there was an average of 185 no-shows each week and an average of 275 late cancellations and class swaps (within the late-cancel period). These booking habits reduce access for other members who would love the opportunity to attend.
Rather than introducing complicated lockout periods or strict penalties, our Fair Booking Policy has been designed to remain simple and flexible, with only minimal booking fees applied:
- No-show: If you do not attend a booked class, or forget to check in at reception on arrival, a $10.00 booking fee will apply*.
- Late Cancel: If you cancel a booking or swap into another class within 3 hours of the class start time, a $5.00 booking fee will apply*.
This policy has been created to encourage good booking habits, making our schedule more accessible and giving everyone a fair chance to participate in the classes they love.
Reminders:
- To ensure your booking attendance is registered, we kindly remind all members to check in at reception before your class.
- Class bookings are self managed easily via the Elixr Member App or the Member Portal powered by GymMaster.

- We encourage all members and guests to review the updated Fair Booking Policy and to be mindful of others when managing your bookings.
