What is Pilates Reformer Jump?

Elixr Pilates Reformer Jump is an exercise system based on scientific principles, an extension of Pilates Reformer. The jump board is designed to boost the intensity of the class and allows you to incorporate aerobic and plyometric workouts into your Reformer practice.

Elixr Pilates Reformer Jump includes a cardio-focused section utilising the jump board. Great for improving bone density, muscle endurance, strength and general coordination. Suitable for all fitness levels.

Our Pilates team are all graduates of the Elixr School of Pilates and set the highest industry standard in Pilates. With over 150 Pilates classes a week, you have plenty of variety to keep you inspired and challenged.
