Fair Booking Policy

FEES

A $10.00 booking fee* per class will be applied to each no-show. No-shows apply to members who do not attend their class or do not check in at reception on entry.

A $5.00 booking fee* per class will be applied to each late cancelled class. Late cancels consist of a booking cancellation or class swap within 3 hours before the class start time.

Each no-show and late cancelled classes booking fees will be added to your account on a daily basis. An automatic email will be sent after each missed class or late cancellation flagging that you will be charged.

Members paying via direct debit will be charged this amount in fortnightly periods – in arrears alongside their fortnightly membership debit. Members with pre-paid memberships are required to settle all booking fees at the time of owing.

CLASS Limits

Bookings can be made up to 3 days in advance maximum.

Pilates and Aqua classes are limited to one (1) online booking per day each. Pilates and Aqua member bookings exceeding the daily limit will be cancelled.

Additional bookings for these classes can be made in person at reception on the day if available.

ATTENDANCE

You are responsible for checking into the club at reception on each entry. Checking in will register your attendance to your pre-booked class.

If you make a new class booking after entering the club, you will need to check in with reception to have your new class attendance marked off.

For safety reasons, you may be denied access to your class if you try to enter more than 5 minutes late (after the scheduled start time of the class).

We kindly remind everyone to allow adequate time to check in to ensure your attendance is marked.

Please be mindful of other members when managing your class bookings. If your booking behaviour is deemed unacceptable, you will receive a written warning and have online class bookings blocked up to 4 weeks. Booking and Appointment details are outlined in Elixr Terms and Conditions.

1 on 1 Adult Swim Lessons

Your trainer session will be forfeited if you no-show or late cancelled booking (within 24 hours before the class start time). Unused sessions are non-refundable.

A $5.00 booking fee* per class will be applied to each late cancelled class. Late cancels consist of a booking cancellation within 24 hours before the booking start time.

An automatic email will be sent after each missed class or late cancellation flagging that you have lost your session or you will be charged.

Elixr Members with paid sessions that are cancelled outside of 24 hour late cancel window will receive a credit on thier membership account to be used for future bookings fees or membership fees.

ATTENDANCE

This session is not personal training and will not include body/weight measurements, fitness/strength testing or a written program. This session may include a consultation, movement assessment/screen and starter training session that focuses on technique, how to use the equipment and fundamentals.
