Andy has over 15 years of experience in personal training and is one of Australia’s leading Functional Movement specialists. He holds a Bachelor of Human Movement and Physical Education, and has extensive local and international experience.

For over 15 years, Grainne has helped her clients get toned and lose weight as a personal trainer and Pilates Instructor. She is passionate about women’s health and tailors her sessions to improve strength, confidence, and body awareness. Marian has over 20 years of experience in the fitness industry and currently teaches Group Exercise classes, Real Spin and Pilates. Vivacious and compassionate, she trains people from all backgrounds, including those with disabilities.

Imran has over 10 years of experience as an instructor in different forms of training, such as high-intensity, Pilates, stretching, aerobics and step. An accredited exercise physiologist with a Master’s degree in Exercise Science and a degree in dance, Katharine commands a strong session thanks to her practical and technical approach to exercise. Katharine is also an Elixr Pilates Instructor and the author of the Elixr Pilates Teacher Training manuals and is the director of Elixr School of Pilates.
