Our hearts are with the Jewish community and all those affected by the devastating tragedy at Bondi Beach. We extend our deepest condolences to the victims and their families during this unimaginably painful time.

In moments like this, words can feel inadequate - so we’re offering space.

This week, Elixr will be holding free community yoga and breathwork classes. These sessions are a gentle invitation to slow down and breathe. They offer a calm, supportive space for anyone who may need quiet support or gentle movement.

Everyone is welcome. No expectations. No experience needed. Come as you are.
