Yoga Workshop – Introduction to Yoga Wall
Join us 12-2pm Saturday 21 February and learn how to use the wall ropes with Iyengar certified teacher Terri Love. Wall practice is especially helpful for improving alignment, increasing strength with support, decompressing the spine, and building confidence in postures that may feel challenging on the mat.
This workshop is suitable for beginners and those new to wall practice. Using the wall ropes, we’ll explore how to build strength, stability, and confidence – including supported inversions and going upside down in a safe, accessible way.
Book in early for this exciting workshop as there are limited spaces available. This workshop is suitable for all levels.
