Free Workshops: Explore Wall Yoga at Elixr
Wall yoga offers a unique way to deepen your practice. Using ropes attached to the wall, you’re able to refine alignment, build strength with support and safely explore postures in a more controlled way.
We’re introducing two dedicated one-hour sessions at Elixr, led by Iyengar certified teacher Terri Love. Whether you’re new to wall work or ready to progress, there’s an option to meet you where you’re at.
Both sessions are taking place on Saturday 9 May, read more and book in to your preferred session below!
Beginner Session
Designed for those new to wall yoga, this session will guide you through the fundamentals. You’ll learn how to use the ropes, understand basic alignment and build confidence working with the wall as a support.
Saturday 9 May | 12pm – 1pm
Intermediate Session
For those with some experience in yoga or previous exposure to wall work, this session moves a little deeper. Expect more challenging postures, with a focus on control, stability and refining technique.
Saturday 9 May | 1pm – 2pm
Both sessions are structured to give you hands-on experience while also allowing space to observe and learn. You’ll work through postures step by step, with clear guidance from Terri throughout.
