Rick Hartley, In-House Osteopath
We’re also proud to welcome Rick Hartley as Elixr’s new in-house osteopath. With over 25 years of experience in the health and performance space, Rick brings a deep understanding of the body and movement.
Rick specialises in pain management and performance, with a background in personal training, strength and conditioning, osteopathic medicine, sports rehabilitation, movement, and biomechanics. Whether you’re managing pain, recovering from injury, or looking to optimise performance, you’re in expert hands.
