📚 Fundamentals - 17 May

A full-day introduction to the foundations of Pilates, covering history, anatomy, terminology, body placement, equipment and technique.

🌸 Reformer - from 24 May

A deeper training across multiple weekends focused on programming 60+ exercises, cueing, corrections, teaching individuals and groups, plus safety, modifications and progressions.

This is the last chance to join this intake, with all graduates having the opportunity to apply to teach at Elixr Health Clubs.
