Dreaming of a career in the captivating world of Pilates? Your journey starts with the Elixr School of Pilates Fundamentals course – the prerequisite to our Matwork and Reformer courses.

In the one day course we’ll cover Elixr School of Pilates principles and foundational anatomy, including bones, joints, and posture alignment. You’ll learn about planes of motion, core stability, movement patterns, and the importance of breath in effective Pilates practice.

Fundamentals is open to all fitness and knowledge levels, from beginners to experienced instructors looking to refresh their skills. No prior knowledge is required, however a Certificate III in Fitness can be helpful for understanding exercise principals but is not neccessary.

PREREQUISITES

No prior knowledge is required, but Certificate III in Fitness is beneficial. Open to all fitness levels.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Cancellations: 14 days before the commencement date of the course – a full refund minus an administration fee of $150.00. No refund will be given to cancellations within 14 days of the course commencement date, but requests to postpone your course date will be considered. Elixr School of Pilates reserves the right to refuse registrations for our courses, cancel or postpone course dates, and will provide a full refund under these circumstances.
