Pilates & Pregnancy

Get ready to embark on a journey of empowerment with our Pregnancy and Pilates course. Here, we’ll equip you with the essential knowledge and skills needed to become a pro in guiding pregnant women and new mothers on their fitness adventures.

This course covers the stages of pregnancy, related physiological and postural changes, and the role of exercise during this time. It outlines key precautions, benefits, and risks, along with pre- and post-natal guidelines. You will also learn safe and effective Pilates mat and reformer exercises for pre- and post-natal clients.

While we welcome all Pilates instructors with open arms, having prior experience in teaching mat and Reformer exercises, as well as familiarity with the Elixr School of Pilates Matwork and Reformer Manual, will make your journey through this workshop even more rewarding.

Cancellations: 14 days prior to the commencement date of the course – a full refund minus an administration fee of $150.00. No refund will be given to cancellations within 14 days of the course commencement date, but requests to postpone your course date will be considered. Elixr School of Pilates reserves the right to refuse registrations for our courses, cancel or postpone course dates, and will provide a full refund under these circumstances.
