Fair Booking Policy Club Update

We are happy to announce the Elixr Fair Booking Policy has been updated and the class booking cancellation window has been reduced from 12 hours to 3 hours. Members can now cancel class bookings up to 3 hours prior to the class start time. Thank you for your patience for the past few months while we work out the best way to provide fair class access to all of our members and guests.

Booking Reminders:

• No-show: If you do not attend a booked class, or forget to check in at reception on arrival, a $10.00 booking fee will apply*.
• Late Cancel: If you cancel a booking or swap into another class within 3 hours of the class start time, a $5.00 booking fee will apply*.
• We kindly remind all members to check in at reception before your class to ensure your booking attendance is registered.
• Please review the updated Fair Booking Policy and to be mindful of others when managing your bookings.

The Fair Booking Policy has been created to encourage good booking habits, making our schedule more accessible and giving everyone a fair chance to participate in the classes they love.
