Don’t limit your Pilates journey to just Matwork and Reformer! Elevate your skills with our Studio course, where the magic of Pilates truly unfolds. Building upon the solid groundwork from Matwork and Reformer, this course delves into exercises using the cadillac, arc barrel, spine corrector, ladder barrel, and Wunda chair. Our Studio course builds on the foundations laid during these two courses and teaches a range of exercises on the cadillac, arc barrel, spine corrector, ladder barrel and wunda chair. Each exercise is broken down to reveal its focus, target muscles, precautions, modifications and practical applications. At the end of the course, you’ll be qualified to create a Pilates program that incorporates each of these pieces of equipment, and that can be tailored to suit the individual.

Cancellations & Refunds: Students must inform Elixr in writing to cancel their Membership.
Cancellations request made more than 14 days before the course commencement date are eligible for a full refund, less a $150 administration fee.
Cancellations requests made within 14 days of the course commencement date are not eligible for a refund.
Requests to postpone or transfer to a future course may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
Elixr reserves the right to refuse registrations for our courses, cancel or postpone course dates, and will provide a full refund under these circumstances.
