Happy International Yoga Day 🧡🧘‍♀️

A day that always lands on the Winter Solstice here in Australia ❄️🌑 — the shortest and darkest day of the year. Two reasons to celebrate 🎉, and we did it together with one incredible sold out workshop 🙌

Special Winter Solstice Bliss was about more than movement ✨. We held space in candlelight 🕯️ to honour Rituacharya, the ancient Ayurvedic practice of living in rhythm with the seasons rather than fighting against them 🌿. A reminder that winter isn’t something to push through — it’s something to be held by 🤍

Every guest left with a winter gift to take home 🎁: herbal remedies to support the body and mind through the colder months 🌙

With over 25 years experience across acupuncture, yoga and holistic therapies, Yvette combines traditional Chinese medicine with modern techniques including electro acupuncture, cupping and LED light therapy to help treat everything from stress and sleep to muscular tension and recovery.
